4. 付款方式
签订合同之日甲方支付总翻译费的50%即人民币_____元，甲方接收译稿后3日内支付全部翻译费余款。
5. 翻译质量：
乙方翻译稿件需准确，通顺，简洁得体。一旦出现质量问题，乙方有义务无偿为甲方修改一到两次。力求满足甲方要求。如果因质量问题发生冲突，应该提请双方认可的第三方评判，或直接申请仲裁。
